1. Who handles your data
Prime Live Plus is operated by Aurenzo Agency LTD. Questions about privacy can be sent to support@primeliveplus.com.
2. Data collected
Depending on the form you use, we may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, device information, order or trial details, messages, consent status, timestamps, technical identifiers stored in hashed form and the version of the consent wording you accepted.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
We use form data to process trial requests, orders, payments, delivery and support because it is necessary to take steps at your request and perform the service contract. We use limited technical information to secure the service and prevent abuse on the basis of our legitimate interests. Marketing emails are sent only with consent after email confirmation.
4. Newsletter consent
Newsletter checkboxes are optional and are not pre-selected. Submitting a trial or order does not require marketing consent. If you choose to subscribe, we send a confirmation link. The subscription becomes active only after you click that link.
5. Retention
Trial, order, payment, delivery and support records are retained only for the operational, accounting, fraud-prevention and legal periods that apply to them. Unconfirmed newsletter requests expire after 48 hours. Confirmed marketing records are kept until withdrawal of consent or until they are no longer required to demonstrate that consent.
6. Sharing, international processing and security
We do not sell contact data. Data may be processed by hosting, email, payment and support providers strictly to operate the service. Where a provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, we use the safeguards required by applicable data protection law. We use access controls, encrypted transport and technical safeguards appropriate to the data processed.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time using the link included in each campaign. Contact support@primeliveplus.com to exercise a right. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local supervisory authority.
8. Cookies and local storage
The public website does not currently use advertising cookies or non-essential analytics cookies. Strictly necessary session and security storage may be used for the protected administration area. If non-essential tracking is introduced, it will remain disabled until the required choice has been collected.
